Finding the right GoNoodle video for the right time can be tricky with so many options. Here are 5 of our favorites for transitioning between subjects!

1. Eagle Pretzel with Maximo (4 minutes)
Yoga-inspired stretches get kids up and out of their seats without getting too hyped up. Kids get some wiggles out, then quickly settle back down for the lesson ahead.
Find it in: The GoNoodle channel, the “Calming” and “Stretching/Yoga” categories.

2. Zumba Kids (3-5 minutes)
Popular songs and choreographed dance moves are perfect for giving students a few minutes to relax and have some fun. Plus, the harder dance moves keep students focused and controlled while moving.
Find it in: The Zumba Kids channel, the “Dancing” and “Energizing” categories.

3. GoNoodle Plus: Field Trip (2-4 minutes)
Run in place and jump over obstacles to reach your field trip destination, then have students settle back into their seats and grasp their attention with a few fascinating science and technology facts. Field Trip is a brain break exclusive to GoNoodle Plus.
Find it in: The GoNoodle Plus channel, the “Energizing” and “Sports and Exercise” categories.

4. Run Like the Kitty (1 minute)
This short video gives students a super-speedy wiggle release so you can get moving, then get right back to work.
Find it in: The GoNoodle channel, the “Energizing” and “Dancing” categories.

5. Flow (4 minutes)
When students have too much energy they can get “lost” in transitions. Use a quieter self-management exercise to help them feel present, positive, and in control of themselves. Try the “Victorious” exercise in the Attitude category first, and make kids feel like superheroes.
