The goal: spark nationwide excitement, bring movement and fun to families and classrooms, and make every child feel included, inspired, and ready to dance, while setting the stage for deeper brand connections.

Change Management: Defined roles across Disney, GoNoodle, and classroom teachers; collected ongoing teacher and parent feedback to optimize content; maintained Disney brand standards while keeping experiences playful and child-focused.
